Robert Edwin Torian

Robert Edwin Torian joined the firm in 1989. His areas of practice include Insurance Agents and Brokers Liability, Insurance Coverage, Professional Liability, Governmental Liability and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Torian finds gratification in the challenge presented by the analysis of contract interpretation, which requires thorough research and data representation. He is staunch in protecting the interests of all of his governmental, business and insurance clients, and finds fulfillment in the peace of mind he brings them, knowing that he acts as their problem-solver. He is often contacted with questions regarding cases he has argued in court, which get cited as examples for insurance law and broker liability.
