Mr. Letulier was born and raised in Lafayette. He is married to Beth Letulier, and they have two children, Lauren and Thomas. His interests include playing guitar, traveling and fitness.
Brandon W. Letulier joined the firm in 2003. His practice areas include Business/Commercial Transactions & Litigation, Admiralty & Maritime, Mergers & Acquisitions and General Litigation & Appeals. He provides general advice to a variety of businesses, including manufacturers, surveying and engineering firms, and oilfield operators and service companies. Mr. Letulier’s business practice ranges from assisting with business start-ups to drafting, negotiating and litigating a variety of business contracts such as LLC operating agreements, non-competition agreements, leases, and service/distributorship agreements. In the oilfield, he regularly negotiates master service agreements and time charter contracts. He has successfully litigated oilfield indemnity and insurance claims, as well as corporate veil piercing and officer and director liability suits.
